Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you are happy with every order you receive from us but if you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received from us, you could return or exchange them. You have 14 days to return the purchase and get a refund or replace the items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order that you wish to return the product or replace it. 

We take pride of our Femperial items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact us at prior to sending any return.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please use the return form included with your order.

*When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

*Keep in mind that we are not responsible for covering the cost of returning the products.

Items purchased at promotional prices/discounts cannot be returned, only a store credit can be issued.

* It is mandatory to use the Return Form to return items. It has to be downloaded, filled out and enclosed in the return parcel. 

Once we receive the items back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 24-48 hours. We’ll send you an email as soon as we do. The full amount paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs which are responsibility of the customer. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. 


Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your country. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Femperial when sent back. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like to be replaced.

*If you’ve mislaid your return form, don’t worry. Just send us an email at and we will be happy to send you a new one.

*We are unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days will not be accepted.

Please use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return package.
